Terms of sale

The owner of the online store sliip.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Sliip.ee OÜ (registration code 16720653), located at Taru tee 21, 74016.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.

The delivery fee for the goods depends on the buyer's location and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.

Information about the product is provided directly alongside the product in the online store.

Placing an Order

To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, you must fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable method of delivery for the products. Then the amount to be paid will be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:

Estonian bank transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Pocopay Estonian pay later solutions: Inbank pay next month, Inbank pay in installments Visa/Mastercard card payments Latvian bank transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor Lithuanian bank transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to press the "Back to Merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – for bank link payments, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the Online Store's bank account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transfers the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid money (including the delivery costs of the goods) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notice.

Delivery

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options:

Omniva, DPD, Itella

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed alongside the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2-4 working days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 10 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person or if the purchased item has been used.

To exercise the 14-day withdrawal period, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as it would be allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for a purpose other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear and tear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted, which can be submitted in any free form and sent to the email address info@sliip.ee no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the declaration of withdrawal or provide evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration, refund to the buyer all fees received under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have returned the item, depending on which occurs earlier.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly misstated due to an error.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible to the buyer for non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods sold, which existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which become apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within one year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store's obligation to refute this presumption.

In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@sliip.ee or by calling +37255561347.

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.

The Online Store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to companies providing transport services for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive them by entering an email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer may unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters by notifying us by email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must send them to the email address info@sliip.ee or call +372 562 22850.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer has the option to contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms of the procedure and the submission of applications can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the commission is free of charge.

The buyer may also contact the European Union's platform for resolving consumer disputes.
